Online Banking
Our Online Banking module allows members to access the following features online:
- Inter Account Transfers Allow members to move funds between their own credit union accounts, particularly convenient for ATM Account holders.
- External Account Transfers Allow members to move funds from their Credit Union Accounts to external bank accounts. For additional security, the destination account needs to be approved by the Credit Union prior to the transfer or verified by a verification code sent to the members mobile number.
- Bill Payment Allow members to pay bills as required from their Credit Union Accounts. For additional security, the destination payee(s) needs to be approved by the Credit Union prior to the payment or verified by a verification code sent to the members mobile number.
- Hosting & Monitoring All our sites are hosting on our private web servers which are hosted in a high security data centre. All our sites are monitored 24 /7 with automated alerting to both the Credit Union and Progress in the event of unusual activity.
In 2020, we processed over 4,000,000 web based transactions across our Credit Union Users.
